Build Details:

• Swap interior from base/tan to manual sport/natural brown (donor interior, approx 135k miles) including all seats and door panels
• Refinish/replace exterior chrome window trim for matte black window trim
• Swap bumpers and side skirts to genuine BMW Mtech2 (ZHP) parts, including trims and grilles and clips
• Swap M54B25 engine for M54B30 (ZHP) with approx 115k miles. Updates include: new belts, pulleys, seals, gaskets, spark plugs, hoses, DISA valve, CCV system, etc 
• Swap in 175k 3.46 ratio rear differential with new finned rear cover and fresh fluid
• Swap in ZF 6-speed manual transmission from ZHP donor
• Fully rebuild shifter components and bushings for "new" feel, or upgrade to aftermarket shifter of your choice
• Swap exhaust for ZHP 
• Retrofit and code heated seats
• Swap gauge cluster from stock to ZHP with mileage corrected to reflect chassis
• Reupholster headliner and pillars in closely matching fabric, swap in all black headliner handles, lights, hooks, etc
• Factory radio with BlueBus added, or upgrade to Dynavin N8-Pro
• Replace aged factory speakers with BavSound upgraded speakers
• Swap 325i brakes to ZHP brakes
• Swap 325 wheels for brand new ZHP wheels
• Swap 325 suspension for Ground Control coilover (street setup) with camber plates
• Choice of tire brand/type and size

• 2/4/23: subframe bushings replaced with Powerflex poly, diff bushings replaced with OE, axle bolts extracted and repaired, rear lower control arms replaced with Powerflex, all four brake lines replaced with Bimmerworld stainless, brake and clutch flush
• 2/10/23: new center console stack components, including cup holder, console, sunglass tray, and surround installed, completed black headliner installation
• 4/18/23: ZHP bumpers and side skirts painted and installed, window trims installed, upper window trims painted to match
• 4/28/23: 113,706mi. spark plugs (NGK BQR6EQUP), rear wheel bearings, new front air duct
• April/May 2024: shifter rebuild, all new fluids, new fuel filter, M3 swaybars installed, finned diff cover installed, fresh diff fluid, new GC suspension and camber plates, headlights retrofitted with bi-LED and new seals and lenses, swapped to 3.46 ratio diff with correct input and outputs, 
• July 2024: finished paint, new wiper arms and wipers, finished headlights, installed ZHP black cube trim, installed freshly re-wrapped alcantara steering wheel, new OE floor mats, new center console trim
